Reliable local pool service

I started out in pool service during the pandemic. It didn't take me long to realize that what sets a small local business apart from the big guys is reliability. Doing what you say, saying why you do, and doing it with competency. It's not rocket science, it's pool science! I sold my service rout to a large company and went to work for them doing sales. It didn't take me long to realize that large companies just are not able to give the personal care and customer service required to provide good pool service. Their guys are often undertrained, undermotivated, and just don't care. Chances are they won't be around long and the company will be sending out someone new so often no one has any idea who their pool guy is. So that's why I started Cen-Tex Pools where my goal is to connect customers to local service providers. Small pool service companies provide the best and most reliable service but they don't (I didn't) have the time and resources to connect effectively with people who appreciate  the customer service a small business provides. That's where I come in. I help the small guys grow and the customers find reliable service. Everybody wins!
